Launched in 2018 by the publishers of the 83-year-old magazine Vital Speeches of the Day, has been called “the church version of TED Talks.” But for many of its users it is more profound than that.

Through its popular Sermon of the Week, Vital Sermons leads its followers on an ongoing pilgrimage to watch, hear or read powerful, relevant sermons by talented church leaders, delivered in the context of differing cultures and traditions.

The result is that church leaders are greatly expanding their reach, and perhaps reinvigorating their own church community.

Vital Sermons is primarily funded by the church leaders of different faiths who pay an annual fee for the license to contribute their sermons from their pulpit.

Vital Sermons is advised by a growing panel of prominent preachers and homiletics authorities.
